We witness with our main website as well. The main site is used to draw people. The Traveling Banner Ministry is a worship/praise ministry that uses banners to open the heart of the congregation before the preaching begins. This ministry is anointed with the Holy Spirit as the Holy Spirit moves when we praise His name. Some people cry others fall to their knees and pray. It is very moving.
The Traveling Banner Ministry works with an individual who wants to express what Christ is to them by making this name on a banner. Example, on the web site you will see the Prince of Peace. One family that had 5 members wanted to share what Christ had done for them when 4 of the 5 had gotten saved within a six month period. Their testimony is that Christ brought "peace" into their once falling apart lives and home. So, they made "Prince of Peace." The materials, embellishments, colors, symbols, font style, etc., all represent the name on the banner. LASTLY, we took the Traveling Banner Ministry, TBM to the streets this past Christmas in the local Cellular South Pensacola Christmas Parade and took HONORABLE MENTION. GOD IS GOOD ALL THE TIME, ALL THE TIME GOD IS GOOD!
Methods
We encourage Praise and Worship of our Mighty God and His son Jesus. We can accomplish a 2 minute to a 20 minute program with this ministry. We disciple new Christians/ send Bible Studies out email to whoever asks/ and will travel to accomplish these things.
Testimonies
One Saturday a few years ago: a nick called "confused" came into the chat room. With time we found out it was a female and she was very depressed with life and confused about God. We witnessed, answered many questions and encouraged her to visit a local church. She come back on a Sunday nicknamed "TIG" and we were all elated to hear it was the old "confused." The "TIG" stands for "Trust In God". She had gone to a church and had gotten saved...
